HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • You can track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, you can track your orders using your order ID or tracking ID on our tracking page.

 

When will I get my Order/ How much time does delivery takes?

  • Our processing time before an order is shipped out will be within 24 hours, excluding public holidays!
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

Delivery In : 7-8 working days

Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc).

HOW do I cancel my order ?

 

  • If you intend to cancel your order, please reach out to customer support by submitting your request via the "contact us" form Or WhatsApp Us at "+917800030212" with your order ID
  • If your order is not dispatched from our warehouse, only then we will be able to cancel the order the same day.
  • Unfortunately, if you intend to cancel your order after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will have to wait for 48hrs before we can cancel the same.
  • Once the online tracking information updates confirming that your order is being returned to us, we will proceed to cancel your order.
  • Once your order has been cancelled, we will initiate the refund immediately. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

 

 

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

  • Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
  • You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out.

Can change the item in my Order ?

  • Yes, it is only possible to change items in your order if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To change items in your order, please reach out to our customer support team by submitting your request via the "contact us" form or WhatsApp us at "+ 917800030212" with your order ID before 5 pm.

RETURN PROCESS

  • A product(s) can only be returned within a period of 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • To initiate the return process, You can raise a return request from our website or contact us on + 917800030212. Our customer support Team will get back to you and may ask you for some information.

Note: As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners  case of a return, the delivery partner additionally charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location. Therefore, we don’t refund the amount of delivery charges (Rs 90/-) once a customer returns the product.

Can I change my shipping address ?

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

We don't allow exchange.

For issues with size or if the product is damaged, you need to raise a return request within a period of 10 days from the date of delivery and place a new order for the same.

REFUND POLICY

  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
  • The refund will be initiated to your bank account by 7 business days from the date of your order is returned (subject to passing the quality check) and will reflect in in your bank account within 7-10 business days.
  • If an order cancelled before shipment, the refund will be initiated to your bank account and will reflect within 7 – 10 business days.
  • For Cash On Delivery Payments, the refunds will done manually to the accounts details provided to us after passing the quality check.
  • TOGON may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles.
